Job Description

  • Acting as a first point of contact for Director and his family for required arrangement
  • Accept Household supply, office supply or Stationery order to arrange procurement.
  • Booking and arranging of travel such as Visa, Air ticket, transport and its expense.
  • Book Hotels for guest of Director
  • Arrange required booking arrangement such as Golf, Haircut, Health care etc
  • Arrange and prepare necessary materials for director’s home
  • Dealing with landlord, Handle Rental agreements and its payment including Stamp Duty if any
  • Manage Repair and Maintenance of Director’s Home
  • Control and Manage Housemaid team such as arrange duty roaster, Surprise check of their performance, OT etc.
  • Prepare Payment requisition, Advance, Reimbursement of Expenses
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Perform other duties which assign Director and his family

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor & degree
  • Certification in secretarial work, office administration, or related training.
  • Proven Working experiences as Personal Assistant or Secretary
  • MS Office and English proficiency
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible and able to work under pressure
