• Operation the EV cart in a safe, courteous, and efficient manner across designated areas of the property.
• Assist residents, guests move around the compound, making sure they are safe and comfortable at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquires and ensuring passengers have a positive experience.
• Perform routine checks on the EV cart, including battery levels, brakes, and other essential functions, to ensure it is in proper working order.
• Report any maintenance or repair needs promptly to the relevant department.
• Maintain cleanliness and general upkeep of the EV Cart.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, as well as traffic and safety regulations within the property.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by the management, including support for events and high- traffic situations.

• High School Graduate
• Must have driving license.
• Must have experience in driving or customer service is preferred, especially in a similar role
• Ability to communicate politely with residents and guests, familiarity with driving safety protocols.
• Good personality, physically fit and able to work shift duty and overtime when required.
• Can communicate in English (A little).
