Administrative & Executive Support:
- Manage the MD’s calendar, appointments, and meetings efficiently.
- Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation and follow-ups.
- Handle confidential documents, communications, and information with integrity and discretion.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the MD.
Communication & Coordination:
- Act as the point of contact between the MD and stakeholders (executives, managers, clients, and staff).
- Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and other correspondence.
- Draft high-quality professional emails, memos, and meeting notes.
- Facilitate smooth communication between departments on behalf of the MD.
Travel & Events Management:
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Assist in organizing corporate events, meetings, and conferences attended by or hosted by the MD.
Project & Task Management:
- Assist the MD in tracking and following up on key projects, tasks, and deliverables.
- Conduct research and compile data for strategic decision-making and presentations.
- Maintain an organized filing system (physical and digital) for easy retrieval of documents.
