Recording detailed general ledger transactions including AP,AR transactions by using ERP (Odoo) software
Working with spreadsheets, purchase ledgers and journals
Verify the payment related documents and filing the documents
Assist to seniors for preparation of General Ledger and Detailed Schedules, etc.
Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct
Examine documents to ensure accuracy
Assist to preparation of tax related matters and communicate with Tax officer
Prepare monthly project expense list for checking by Senior/Manager
Ensure that statements and records comply with company Laws and Regulations
Inspect account books and accounting systems to keep up to date
Assist with day to day operations of the ad-hoc basis of Finance department duties
Job Requirement
At least 3 years’ experience in related field
A degree in Accounting or Finance such as B.Com/B.Act or other equivalent Diploma (LCCI)
Accuracy and efficiency when completing data entry tasks
Proficiency with accounting software and more preferable Odoo software experience
Ability to maintain general ledgers
Ability to work well as part of a team
Additional accounting and/or auditing courses
Competency in Microsoft office
Good communication skills
Be able to communicate in English
Prefer Japanese speaking person
