Manage and responsible for all of daily operations of the Hatchery: workers (egg team and chick team), temporary workers, pull-out and vaccination operation.
Incubation program management, communicating with partners for finding out reasons, solutions to improve incubation program
Hatchery technical checkup, procedures making up, forms and following up daily operation
Responsible for maintenance whole hatchery, M&E, spare-part, technical tools
Responsible for to chick quality including vaccination quality, injection quality, tilter adaptation, client feedback and DOCs storage condition
Managing weekly break out and diagnosis, overview issues or problems and control good hatching result
Lab test development, sampling for DOCs blood tilter, sanity lab test control
Egg transportation, egg grading, collection and setting/hatching plan
Data collection for each hatch and source tractability
Preventive maintenance for each setting, following up daily technical report and checking
Reporting to Sales Director for production planning and chick entrance of client farms
Biosecurity and disinfection procedures, checking up cleaning and disinfectant quality
All technical maintenance: technician rooms, incubators, pump houses, waste water houses, air inlet, ceiling, camera system
Guests visit, training in-external staffs and international staffs etc.
Weekly report about the hatchery overview to General Director
Job Requirement
Deep knowledge of Mechanic or Automatic Electric
Diploma/ Degree in Hatchery related field ( Vet/ Animal Science welcome)
At least 10 years and above working experience
Flexible, accountable, detail – oriented and honest
Ability working under high pressure, ready to work overtime
