Job Description

  • Plan, manage, and oversee daily operational activities
  • Monitor and analyze the efficiency of processes and systems
  • Manage budgets and forecasts, and report on performance metrics
  • Supervise and mentor staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
  • Identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards
  • Liaise with other departments to support organizational goals
  • Handle escalated issues with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Maintain and improve operational systems, processes, and best practices
  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 5+ years of proven experience in operations management or similar role
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent organizational and planning abilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
