Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to exceed sales targets for animal feed products (Royal Canin or new products aligned with new specifications) in assigned regional areas.
Conduct market research to find new business opportunities, understand competitors, and analyze market trends.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including farmers, feed mills, distributors, and other stakeholders.
Train, mentor, and manage a sales team to achieve individual and team goals. Set clear expectations, provide feedback, and conduct reviews. Motivate and coach the team to maximize potential and drive success. Foster a positive team environment.
Understand animal feed portfolio, communicate value propositions to customers and sales.
Explore business opportunities, track sales data, and identify market trends.
Collaborate with teams, provide feedback, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Any Sales and Marketing related tasks assigned by Line Manager.
Job Requirement
A Bachelor’s degree in a veterinary-related field is preferred. Or Agriculture, Animal Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
4 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the animal feed or related agricultural industry.
Proven sales success, animal nutrition expertise, and strong customer relationships.
Ability to travel nationwide to meet clients and explore new business opportunities.
