- Develop and implement Sales & Marketing Plans
- Set and achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Expand and manage distribution channels
- Maintain strong relationships with dealers and customers
- Lead, supervise, and train the sales team
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns
- Prepare and present sales performance reports
- Travel & visit to Market Area
Job Requirement
- Any Graduate (MBA is preferred)
- Strong ability in Sales Planning, Marketing Planning, and Target Setting
- At least (5) years’ experience in Managerial Role & have total (15) years’ experience in Sales & Marketing field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & English 4 skills
- Willing and able to travel across Lower Myanmar
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage and train team members
