Age 20 to 30 years.
Prepare for job descriptions, Employee Contracts and performance appraisal.
Responsible for Overtime, Benefits and Compensation.
Coordinate with all related departments to create organization structure and human.
Issue the announcement letter to the employee required as per working condition.
Ensure new hires, transfers, promotions, termination is accurate in a timely manner.
Fully Responsible for all Paper Work, Employee Profile, HR Documents Keeping.Assist in employment administration including recruitment & selection, daily attendances, and exit interview. Participate in all company communication and labour affairs.Collect employee’s personal information and update in staff information matrix on regular basis.
Support to HR Manager for formatting of Policies, Mission & Vision.
