Job Description

 

  • HR Assistant  performs the basic functions of the HR department, handling areas such as personnel management, social welfare and the maintenance of HR records.
  • Age 20 to 30 years.
  • Prepare for job descriptions, Employee Contracts and performance appraisal.
  • Responsible for Overtime, Benefits and Compensation.
  • Coordinate with all related departments to create organization structure and human.
  • Issue the announcement letter to the employee required as per working condition.
  • Ensure new hires, transfers, promotions, termination is accurate in a timely manner.
  • Fully Responsible for all Paper Work, Employee Profile, HR Documents Keeping.Assist in employment administration including recruitment & selection, daily attendances,  and exit interview. Participate in all company communication and labour affairs.Collect employee’s personal information and update in staff information matrix on regular basis.
  • Support to HR Manager for formatting of Policies, Mission & Vision.
  • Other jobs assigned by Manager & General Manager.
