• Conduct market research and analyze property & real estate trends and opportunities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships
• Evaluate land acquisition and project feasibility (including site visits)
• Build financial models (NPV, IRR, ROI) and perform investment analysis
• Lead project planning and coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders
• Manage negotiations, deal structuring, and partner selection
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Prepare proposals, contracts, reports, and presentations
• Liaise with government authorities and financial institutions
• Attend the company at meetings, networking events, and seminars

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Financial, Real Estate, or related field, diploma, or professional certificate (MBA preferred)
• 3+ years in a similar role and 5+ years in real estate/property development or related field
• Strong business development and project evaluation experience
• Basic financial and accounting knowledge
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Good understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving ability
