• Identify and develop business opportunities in trading and freight forwarding sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, customers, and freight partners locally and internationally.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with clients and suppliers to achieve favorable outcomes for the company.
• Collaborate with the freight forwarding team to ensure smooth execution of shipping and logistics processes.
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activities to adapt trading strategies effectively.
• Assist the Head of Department in preparing business plans and strategic reports.
• Support daily trading operations, including managing purchase and sales contracts, invoicing, and documentation.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, customs regulations, and international trade laws.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of trading experience, preferably in freight forwarding or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of international trade, import/export regulations, and customs procedures.
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, listening, and speaking); additional languages are a plus.
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work under pressure.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
