Job Description

  • Coordinate the procurement of various supplies, equipment and tools needed from all of the related sections
  • Search the suppliers and collect quotations.
  • Negotiate terms and pricing:
  • Track order and delivery time.
  • Check the quality and quantity of purchased items.
  • Register and record each transaction for the database.
  • Determine the mechanical/technical specifications.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree with knowledge in the engineering field (or) An academic degree in engineering.
  • Must have 2 years of working experience (refers to including internship, volunteering or part-time work)
  • Proficiency in the relevant computer software, Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • English (Communication level)
