Job Description

Team Leadership and Management:

  • Recruit, train, and mentor sales executives to build a high-performing team.
  • Set individual and team sales targets and ensure achievement of goals
  • Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and implement improvement plans.

Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Foster strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Oversee the resolution of client issues and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Market Analysis:

  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and property value
  • Provide insights and recommendations to adjust sales strategies as needed.

Sales Operations and Compliance:

  • Ensure all property sales processes comply with legal and regulatory requirement
  • Collaborate with marketing, legal, and finance teams to streamline operations
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and performance metrics.

 

Job Requirement

  • Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably in real estate.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, sales tools, and MS Office Suite.
  • Valid real estate license (if required by local regulations).

 

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
