• Implementation production plans with market demand.
• Manage the production process from raw material to finished goods in a smooth and efficient process of operation.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of production and operating workers.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
• Collaborate and negotiate with the other department to solve any issues with production quality, process, or maintenance.

• AGTI (or) BE (EP/EC/Mechanical/Mechatronic).
• Previous production management experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge and skill of production management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
