• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve organizational goals.
• Drive POS for entire OTC portfolio including new product launches – drive A, B, C classification for store level assortment and mapping.
• Delivers sales targets and objectives and drives and represents sales in the target process
• Coach, mentor, and train team members to reach their full potential.
• B.Pharm , MBBS
• Understand OTC business and working knowledge of market trends and behaviors
• Minimum 5+ years in pharmaceutical sales, including 3+ years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals
• Willingness to travel nationwide
