• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Responding to breakdowns and investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults
• Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or remote access)
• Setting up accounts for new users
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
• Regular updating, maintaining backup data
• Testing new technology

• Bachelor of Computer Science, or Any graduate
• Professional network certificate (A+), CCNA
• Over three years experiences in Computer hardware, software, Network installation & Configuration
• Attention to detail and strong ability skills to solve network issues quickly
• Good knowledge of information technology platform
• Easy adaptable new technologies
