Must be handling employees' affairs, compliance issues and must know labor law
Conducts and ongoing reviews of organization controls, operating procedures, and compliance with policies and regulations
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations and industrial standard
Compliance and Risk Management, Ensure compliance with all GA & HR regulations and internal policies
Must be handling warning process, work place coordination process and employees' awarding program
Must have experience in labor relation and handle labor relative issues compliance with labor law and other labor relative laws
Must be handling employee data management, employee profile management and organization chart management Must be handle conflict work place management, workplace accidents issues and reporting
Must be prepare performance management scheduling, preparing format and other related works
Must be handle infection risk control management and environmental control management
Must be handle CSR activities and programs and attending workshop, seminar and related works
Must have multi task working attitude with enough experience in HR operations and general affairs
Must be Senior Management for work instruction requests
Must be assist additional duties assigned by job requirements in occasionally
