Handle LCL import console / FCL/Air documentation and customer services
Solve the issue for the client and report
Smooth communication with client and colleagues
Support team members for any assistance
Support each department for related shipment follow up
Handle shipments by main contact point of the client and oversea agent and shipping line as necessary
Job Requirement
Minimum of 1 year of working experience in the forwarding industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience with Outlook for email communication.
Solid understanding of shipping documents and procedures for both import and export.
