Job Description
- Understand the specification and do Review the ED/ID/MUT
- Understand the ED/ID/MUT and do Review the IT/ST/RT (view-point, test-case, test-results, etc.)
- Create the UT/IT/ST/RT Quality Report and do report to leaders and PM effectively
- Manage team members’ development and team progress management based on schedule and take action if delay occurs
- Understand the project scope and manage specification changes
- Do manpower estimation and create schedule
- Project management of progress management, quality management, Issues/QA management and Team management
- Understand all members skill-set and make assign tasks effectively
Job Requirement
- Four years and above experience in System Development field (Java, Oracle DB, Postgres SQL DB)
- At least One year experience in progress management, quality control, QA and issues management
- Strong interested in Project Management and System Development by using Java technology and take challenge of new technology such as Data Integration Platform
- Willing to take challenge, and work with team actively
- Must have problem solving and communication skill
- Able to control all project members (up to 10 members)
- Able to communicate with team and customer actively
