Job Description
- Experience in IT service operation & management (Designing, Delivering, Improving)
- Experience in administration, maintaining and troubleshooting IT system infrastructure (Servers, Storage and Network)
- Basic knowledge of virtualization technology, High availability cluster, Automation and Shell scripting
- Be able to create and maintain necessary documents in align with ITSM process
- Be able to learn the IT system infrastructure based on the existing documents
- Two + years’ experience in related fields
- Bachelor/Certificate in related IT field
- Prefer certified in CCNA/CCNP/MCSA/RHCSA/RHCE/VCA
- Good communication skill in English
- Having Japanese Language Level N5 or above is a plus
