Job Description

  • Proactively follow up with existing customers to renew maintenance and service contracts.
  • Identify and engage with non-contract customers to promote our service offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term customer loyalty
  • Handle inquiries for elevator spare parts, ensuring timely order processing and delivery
  • Collaborate with the technical and service teams to identify customer needs and provide appropriate spare parts solutions.
  • Regularly meet with customers to understand their maintenance needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify potential customers for service contracts and spare parts sales.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and annual targets.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the management team.
  • Coordinate with the service and technical teams to ensure smooth execution of maintenance services.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
  • Proven experience in service sales or customer relationship management preferably in the elevator or heavy machinery industries
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with SAP software is an advantage.
