• Report to Sub Leader and Team Leader
• Provide Training Materials
• Perform the instructed task on its own and provide assistance for related tasks.
• Support and grow lower level members
• Task management and self-management
• Train to intern or new employees if necessary

• Minimum four or five years of working experience in Software Development Industry..
• Strong programming knowledge and low Code project experience is preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• More preferred: JLPT or Nat Test N4 Level and above
• Good communication in English is preferable
• Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent experience
• Must have experience in documentation such as Basic Design/Detail Design/Test Case / User Manual etc.
• Able to support team members effectively.
• Able to manage self-task and can draw a schedule for a given task yourself (Task management)
