• Bachelor degree and diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field. 
• Must have 15+ years of experience in design leadership, preferably in IT, airline, real estate, hospitality, or  related industries. 
• Strong portfolio showcasing brand development, campaign design, and corporate identity work. 
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools. 
• Strong understanding of brand positioning, visual storytelling, and creative strategy. 
• Experience in managing in-house designers and collaborating with external vendors. 
• Knowledge of print production, merchandising, and digital content creation. 
• Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and senior management. 
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
