Design and Technical Team and all stakeholders Coordination
Driving Project Progress
Support the BD Manager in tracking project milestones and identifying potential delays.
Coordinate and follow up on project tasks with internal teams, consultants, and external partners.
Assist in managing timelines, budgets, and resources to keep projects on track.
Provide regular updates and reports on project progress to stakeholders as an when required.
Market Research & Opportunity Assessment
Conduct research on emerging real estate trends, market opportunities, and competitor activities.
Documentation Support
Prepare and assist in creating project documents, presentations, and reports.
Administrative and Operational Support
Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for materials and resources needed for the project.
Job Requirement
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a any related field.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in real estate development, project coordination, or business development. Experience working with design or technical teams or in real estate development is a strong advantage.
Skills: Familiarity with design and construction workflows in real estate development. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Language: Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
