• Assist in identifying new business opportunities across the group's sectors.
• Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
• Identify and evaluate government tender opportunities.
• Prepare and submit comprehensive tender proposals and documents.
• Establish and maintain relationships with government officials and agencies.
• Act as a key liaison between the company and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and government bodies.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms for the company.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key partners.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones.
• Ensure alignment of departmental activities with the company’s overall goals.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. MBA is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in business development, project management, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of market research, business planning, and project management tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
