Receiving visitor by greeting, welcoming ,directing and announcing them appropriately
Answering ,screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
To assist for claim process of finance and HR Department (if have travel periods), travel arrangements for employees and head office management foreigner’s visiting including booking flights, hotels and transportation
Ensure travel arrangement are link with company policies and budgets
Supports the finance team by managing invoices, receipts and basic financial duat entry
Provide administration support for HR related activities
Job Requirement
Any grated (prefer bachelor degree in business administration , according or related fields.
At least one or two experiences in similar role
Experiences as an office assistant or junior level experience in a related field
Can be able to use computer well such as excel and Microsoft office
English will be four skill ( must be basic level at least)
Pleasant personality and good communication skill
Ability to multi task and prioritize work
