Job Description
- Taking responsible for all warehouse and store operations.
- Planning and coordinating for all transportation and supply chain planning issue.
- Analyzing the requirements for transportation and warehouse planning.
- Solving all problems regarding warehouse and supply chain planning work.
- Monitoring and checking the monthly report of the related sections and suppliers.
- Improving the document system to be efficient.
- Reviewing the supplier's operations.
- Acknowledging about marketing and production plans in order to adjust the operation of the department to be consistent with marketing and production plans.
- Checking and signing on the purchase order documents.
- Signing on the bill of delivery.
- Reporting and providing suggestions about storage and transportation for the improvement.
- Taking responsible for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice).
- Checking the document for annual leave and overtime work of staffs in the section.
- Any related tasks.
Job Requirement
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Management or related fields.
- At least 3 years of warehouse or supply chain planning experiences.
- Communicable in English
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
