Job Description

  • Provide training to new hires and existing staff.
  • Acknowledge about on/off boarding systems in HR process.
  • Assist Line Managers to identify any training needs amongst staff through training needs analysis, appraisal documentation and general conversations.
  • Design and deliver programs on agreed training activities.
  • Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires, tests and discussions.
  • Evaluate feedback from learners and Line Managers on the effectiveness of the training activity, performance management and coach employees and line managers to embed procedures into the workplace.
  • Prepare reports.
  • Maintain a database of training and competence records.
  • Oversee new staff onboarding programs including a wide range of selfaccess training courses and trainer-led training plans for all staff.
  • Assign, track and verify training and staff development for all center roles.
  • Work a plan to grow and retain talented employees through development programs and succession plans.
  • Develop and implement testing and assessment procedures to ensure effective learning.
  • Ensure compliance to the training program by the staff and report breaches to the management.
  • Plan and assess the 'Return on Investment' of any training or development program.

Job Requirement

  • Holding a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • At least 2 or more years working experience in planning, delivering and assessing training initiatives.
  • Experience with team management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience with games testing and/or translation would be beneficial, but not essential.
  • Excellent active listening and presentation skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
  • Strong command in English and Myanmar (both written and spoken).
