Job Description

•    Build channel/category and shopper specific marketing plans to deliver specific objectives base on respective brand position.
•    Develop customer and shopper insights and translate them into business building opportunities within specific customers/channels
•    Conduct research audit, monitor and analyses product performance, market trends, shopper’s behavior’s etc.
•    Understanding and action Competitors Vs respective brands of pricing/trade margin/promotion and full channel strategies.
•    Become a valued partner in the cross-functional team as the solution provider for Sale and Group Marketing Teams with adherence to set rules from the
 channel strategy perspective.
•    Monitor sales volumes, revenue and cost trends against forecast Vs Budget Calendar.
•    Analyze ROI of the marketing activities executed with the customer, channel and consumer space.
•    Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by line manager and HOD

Job Requirement

•    Minimum 3-4 years of experience in trade marketing and 2 years in similar capacity
•    University graduate and preference with Sales & Marketing related diploma or cert
•    Lead change management and continuous process improvement efforts for team with a strong focus on best practices
•    Provide leadership, training development and mentorship for supervisors and leads
•    Ensure company policies are well-communicated, understood by the team members
•    Analytical skills (not only data entry but also expert in analytical)
•    Ability to work under pressure manage to multi task in a specific deadline
