- Achieve revenue & Acquisition targets for the given territory through directly managed sales team.
- Responsible for achieving sales, Profitability, Agents & Merchants recruitment objectives along with wining, maintaining and expanding relationships with partners based on geography channel or market.
- Responsible for acquiring, onboarding and building relationships with partners individual and for mapped sales team also.
- Responsible for regular reviews, updates and strategies sharing with internal team to best aligned with the overall project vision scope.
- Target setting, daily monitoring, and performance improvement.
- The role is responsible to reinforce One pay’s efforts of exploring new business opportunities and using analytics to drive Partner sales growth, increase Partner loyalty and improve the Partner & customer experience.
- Good interpersonal skills and able to work effectively with multi- functional team.
- Monitor the issue resolution of partners & customers to ensure are properly resolved within the agreed SLA.
- Building strong relationships with partners, working in market with sales team, daily & weekly monitoring of sales achievement.
- Create accurate sales forecast to ensure high accuracy in customer acquisition projections and ROI.
- Report to the line manager in a timely manner.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, business management, marketing, or related field is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in related field is required.
- Familiar with retail environment , dealers and Partner management
- Ability to work in a high intensity, fast – paced environment
- Ability to analyse and interpret sales date to inform sales strategies
- Good attitude, communication skills, active, creative, good personality , willingness to learn
- Strong coaching and leadership skills with the ability to motivate sales team

- Excellent communication skills in English and Myanmar.
