Job Description

• warranty process documentation and claims 
• Solving customer complaints & technical problems from branches and customer by phone. If need to solve it off one’s own bat, go to jobsite ASAP.
• Collecting & checking the service report and warranty photos and then make decision this problem is within warranty and adjust or not with warranty term that user false or product weakness.
• Preparing technical report (TR) to get 100% warranty claim for this issue to continue the warranty claim process. And then, submitted claim to supplier.
• Supporting in Service Operation any technical issue.
• Receiving, analyzing & distributing all update technical information to branches
• Analyzing for technical problem and product quality issue of repetitive failure & reporting to principal
• Handling recommendation process for necessary parts, tools, equipment, and literatures.
• Updating the VCADS (Tech tool & Matrix) for new version.
• Monitoring daily technical supporting activity.
• Handling product campaign job
• Monthly Reporting & Summarizing 
• Supporting to Engineering Mechanic Department
• Monitoring new arrival Machines inspection jobs and stock maintenance jobs and pre delivery inspection and delivery instruction job.

Job Requirement

• At least 6 years experience as related Field
• Graduated in B.E (Mechanical ) 
• Managing the technical support department
• Experience in training for engineering mechanic (Commercial Vehicle, Agriculture)
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Available for Travelling
• Highly computer literate in Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
