Job Description
- Prepare Parts ordering , receiving and parts allocation from principle and local suppliers.
- Report documents to related departments regarding daily parts warehouse stock status.
- Data entry at operational used software regarding daily parts operation.
- Monitor parts sales and upselling to sub-dealers.
- Prepare estimate quotation (cost) for sub-dealers.
- Supervise that sufficient parts and accessories are ordered according to demand and report to purchasing manager timely for re-order point.
- Report to Head of department and top management.
Job Requirement
- Must have related position experiences as 2 years and age above 25.
- Must know MS office usage.
- Must have car spare parts knowledge.
- Require strong communication skills.
- Preferred from technical field (Automotive).
