Job Description

To support all Sales activities of Sales department to achieve targeted goals, customers satisfaction & revenue growth by handling Customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries.

• Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way
• Identify the root cause of complaints nature and works closely with internal teams to solve problems and respond to customer requests and questions. Responsible for handling escalated phone calls, complaints, and other situations.
• Update on internal database with technical issue and useful discussion with customer
• Ensure the inventory stocks and delivery schedules are in align and are delivered to customer in timely manner
• Develops relationships with customers.
• Prepares reports for decision-making.
• Other duties as Assigned

Job Requirement

• Any graduate
• Certificate in Microsoft Office, Internet & Email using
• Must be expertise in MS Excel, MS Word and Photoshop application

Minimum (2-3) years’ experience in Customer Service related background in any sector especially in After Sales Service.
