Job Description

Responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance and servicing of critical medical equipment and associated equipment. You will be operating independently and under supervision, where appropriate. You will perform administering callout sheets / records and asset registers for all contract customer records. The individual must be customer focused at all times, must be prepared to work within and as part of a team, be able to interact with colleagues in a professional and tactful manner, and in doing so present a positive image of the company.

Job Requirement

1.Perform start-up commissioning, training, performance testing and troubleshooting of various medical equipment system under supervision, where appropriate.
2. Carry out scheduled maintenance visits in line with the Service Record, which must be updated following each preventative maintenance (PM) visit and fed back to the After-sale Service Department.
3. Carry out all service visits as required, with reference to any agreed response time, including timely completion of Service Report and feedback to customer and After-sale Service Department.
4. Carry out any necessary repair works on-site as appropriate and complete necessary paperwork and communication with the After-sale Service Department.
5. Provide supervisory and technical support to colleagues and communicate with staff at all levels.
6. Maintain regular frequent communication with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up leading to customer satisfaction.
7. Able to communicate and train with customer smoothly and need to have strong service skill for medical equipment.
8. Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times, consistent with client and company expectations, and in doing so help to promote the image of the Company.
9. Ensure that guidelines and standards of work expected by Company are understood and met.
10. Set a good example to colleagues by completing all necessary Company documentation punctually and in accordance with any guidelines or schedules issued (including Weekly Report, Weekly Plan, Daily reports, etc.).
11. Coordinate with Sales and Marketing Department.
12. Can travel the whole country.
