Job Descriptions

• Providing technical service job supporting for Hemodialysis device.
• Supporting backup of other LPS products such as LCS product such as Respiratory equipment, Anesthesia machine, Laerdal product and Oxygen Concentrator, Maternal Infant, Diagnosis Cardiology and Monitoring Solution devices.
• Inspection the arrival units to ensure quality before distribution.
• Conducting site surveys and feasibility studies before installation.
• Implementing Field modification instruction from the manufacture.
• Ensuring product efficiency and patient safety at all time.
• Communicate with supplier/manufacture for technical needs and concerns.
• Preparing and submitting service report, commissioning certificate, warranty claiming, calibration and verification report, part number confirmation.
• Attending the required training abroad and online.
• Sharing knowledge and information to improve team performance.
• Being available for travel and 24/7 availability to handle customer urgent emergency calls.
• Following Company rules and regulations.

• BE, ME (Electronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics)
• Must have experience in field servicing.
• Knowledge in electronics and hydraulic systems
• Being familiar with hands-on installation
• Ability to troubleshoot, test repair and service equipment.
• Computer software and hardware
• English Language skills
• Able to travel
