To provide necessary service for all products responsible for Biomedical service team. In particular, service engineer must support the following products - Biomedical products, Surgical care products, Point of care products and Ortho Products.
For Installation, Preventive Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance services of Biomedical products and Surgical products (Trump, Hill-Rom, C&U, Erbe, Medtronic, Integra, Fuji Endoscopy System, Point of care products and Ortho products). (Surgical products experience preferred.)
Responsible for installation and after-sales services support for Surgical products and medical systems.
Especially Install, Corrective and Preventive Maintenance for Surgical care products. (Erbe, Medtronic, Integra and Endoscopy system).
As a newly appointed service engineer, it is necessary to have experience with Surgical products.
As a service engineer, the installation must be done in accordance with the specified terms.
To ensure proper functioning of surgical machines, the necessary regular checks must be done precisely on a monthly basis.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with surgical equipment, including electronic, mechanical, and software-related problems.
Must be able to work meticulously according to the rules set for corrective maintenance.
Must be able to visit the customer site outside of office hours according to business needs.
Keep detailed records of service activities, including maintenance schedules, repairs, and equipment inventory.
Responsible for documenting the results of all inspections, maintenance and tests.
Provide technical support and training to healthcare professionals on the proper use and maintenance of surgical equipment.
Must be patient and understanding and able to cooperate with others according to business needs.
Collaborate with other team members, including biomedical engineers, technicians, and sales representatives, to meet customer needs and exceed service expectations.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics/ Mechatronics/ Electrical Engineering.
At least 3 to 4 years’ experience in Biomedical and Surgical field. (Surgical products experience preferred)
Good interpersonal, presentation skills and communication skills in English and Myanmar
Willingly to perform in technical trouble shooting, repairing and preventive maintenance of medical equipment.
Must be able to actively carry out assigned jobs.
Able to travel for job requirement.
Creating a safe, effective environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Must be able to attend training sent according to the job requirement.
