Coordinates repairs and preventative maintenance, service contract maintenance to biomedical equipment with service providers and end users.
Coordinates biomedical equipment maintenance and replacement ensuring inventory is available for planned maintenance.
Documents and reports repair/preventative maintenance to service providers.
Monitors service agreements.
Informs staff and equipment users of upgrades and operational changes to medical equipment (e.g., medical advisories, correction notices, new/removal of equipment)
List the overall spare parts list and plan for parts ordering
Follow up to customer and arrange the customer requirement and report to HOD
Job Requirement
Proven work experience as a Service Coordinator or similar role
Strong work ethic and service skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Stay up to date with services, policies and regulations
Strong record-keeping and analytical skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Bachelor’s degree /health care administration or service coordinator is more preferred
