Job Description

  • Work with different functional departments to ascertain needs and develop graphic directions, concept, and specifications for assigned multimedia projects of the MPRL E&P Group of Companies and the Myanmar Yachting Federation (MYF)
  • Maintain professional rapport with all internal clients and outside vendors and suppliers, regarding the production of materials within agreed deadlines, specifications, and set budget
  • Develop and produce multimedia pieces for use on websites, in multimedia presentations, and for interactive displays and exhibits
  • Oversee project inception, pre-production planning, scheduling, video/photo shoots, editing, and product delivery
  • Accurately maintain multimedia archives and records
  • Act as liaison working with M&A Telecoms to regularly evaluate, implement, and troubleshoot all software/hardware changes, upgrades, and routine maintenance
  • Take ownership of projects. Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs ensuring that all project/department milestones/goals
  • Oversee daily operations of Multimedia Department
  • Maintain current knowledge of video making and photography technology/techniques
  • Produce CSR performance mini videos to disseminate information about community investment initiatives implemented in Mann Field
  • Control and handle multimedia equipment (Video Camera / Lighting/ Audio Mics/ Other associated Equipment)
  • Provide assistance and support to senior execs and teammates wherever needed

Periodically, the employee may be expected to perform assigned duties and tasks not covered in this job description as well as to provide support to other departments when necessary.


Job Requirement

Education / Experience

  • Bachelor degree in any field
  • Experience in working with video content and desktop publishing preferred
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effect and Corel Video Studio Pro
  • Demonstrated ability to produce photos and videos using professional production equipment.
  • Knowledge of still and video camera equipment and settings
  • Advanced knowledge and ability to properly light still and video environments
  • Ability to respond and perform swiftly and seamlessly in a rapidly changing environment
