• To review staff requisition form submitted by team leaders and manage vacancy announcement (such as JD, JS for each position)
• To conduct interviews in coordination with relevant HODs and record interview result
• To handle reference and background check on candidates if necessary
• Responsible for pre-employment medical check-up process and record medical check-up data.
• To manage onboarding process, finger print registration and personal profile record.
• Update Employee Data (Biodata) and create user account in HR Software (Odoo)
• Responsible for performance appraisal process for probation staff and prepare confirmation letter
• Deal with Government Office such as Labor Office for employment contract or other submission as necessary
• To record & announce the official letters such as promotion & transfer letter
• To check monthly SSB process and arrange other SSB process for exceptional case (coordination with government social security board office)
• To check & calculate income tax process (coordination with government income tax office)
• To check & arrange the overtime summary report and attendance summary report for payroll
• To calculate payroll (late deduction, SSB, Income Tax, OT and other adjustment) and take responsibility for reviewing, monitoring & verifying the accuracy and completeness of payroll transaction record
• To prepare for cash and banking process and issuing pay slip
• To check & report the personal loan of employees
• To take responsibility for employee’s benefit process by financial or non-financial things (such as yearly salary increments, medical benefits & etc.)
• To claim expenses and handle the budget plan for related functions.
• To solve the problems about the discipline, warning and etc. for the employee who breaks the policies & procedures by coordinating with HR manager and relevant HOD, and sometimes senior management and record it
• To check & monitor HR software (Odoo)
• To keep and record resignation letter and do the exit interview
• To organize team and coordinate with Senior Management in developing organization structure and manpower planning
• To analyze Recruitment Source based on Monthly Employee Turnover Rate in order to reconsider recruitment source in attracting the best candidates as much as possible
• To review related HR functions which are going according to the SOP and submit monthly report to HR Manager and Chief People Officer.
• To assist in the urgent matters and other ad hoc things
• Any graduate
• Diploma in Human Resources Management/ Development
• Other management & financing diplomas are preferred
• Minimum (5) year experience in related field
• General knowledge and required legal knowledge according to labour law, rules of SSB and income tax
• Proficiency in Microsoft office
• Excellent interpersonal & intellectual skill
• Excellent English language skill
• Good Presentation Skill & leadership skill
• Proper decision-making skill and management skill
• Ability to work in team, also independently
