• Coordinate between Deputy MD (DMD) and respective department regarding daily operation in the company
• Accept and direct internal and external calls and e-mails between DMD and various department
• Manage and maintain data and file documents accordingly
• Reporting to DMD and perform secretarial duties
• Process, type, edit, and format reports and documents
• Arrange and schedule DMD’s meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
• Take meeting minutes at various meetings
• Travel on behalf of DMD if required.
• Prepare facilities and arrange for events, if required

• Bachelor Degree  
• Former experience in office administration and secretarial work and training would be advantageous (1-2 years preferred)
• Must be able to use and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Words, Excels, Outlook).
• Must be familiar with digital scheduling system
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Great interpersonal skills
• Must be able to speak English and Myanmar fluently and be able to translate efficiently
