• Identifying , research the potential marketing segment and providing strategic plan for secure business
• Carrying out prospecting calls, cold calls and forming a secure sales
• Provide customer supports as needed, take ownership of customer issues and follow through till resolution
• Represent the company in negotiating and building a relationship with customers, airline, shipping lines and business partners
• Must be able to develop strong business relationship with potential and existing clients
• Reporting the daily jobs execution plan, weekly report, and monthly report to line manager
• Maintain customer relationship , develop customer satisfaction and coordinate with the team to set up proper operation strategy on a steady basis.
• Participate in team collaboration and support to team member if needed.
• Bachelor degree in business administration , business management, marketing or related field is preferred
• Good understanding of sales concepts, methods and techniques. Industry knowledge and minimum 2 years of working experiences in related industry and more prefer is logistics industry or supply chain
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Effective communication skills and exceptional customer services skills and customer centric mindset is required.
• Good command of English 4 skills
• Good in MS office package
• Having a proven record of sales success
• Team player can work and contribute to a team oriented environment
• Able to work under pressures in any challenging situations
