Prepare monthly sales forecasts and annual sales forecasts for all Z Media - related products
Set monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets
Interprets short- and long-term effects on sales strategies in operating profit.
Monitor sales data and activities from daily; includes sales , customer information, customer feedback, issues and concerns
Communicate and cooperate effectively with relevant departments in the organization
Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting and streamlining processes
Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counseling, skills development and product knowledge development.
Degree / Diploma in Sales & Marketing or relevant
At least 5 years of working experience with 2-3 years of experience in B2G or B2B sales background
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills. The problem-solving ability and effective communication ability
Good skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Directly report to Managing Director
