Responsible for managing the sales team, developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls, meeting agreed to targets and promoting company’s products
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence for all brands
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Assist in the development of the annual marketing plan, specifically advising on realistic forecasts for each product and territory (based on historical data, market trends, competitive activity, promotional strategy and sales effort), realistic costs of operating the sales force; and sales promotion program plans.
Degree in business or a related field
Age between 30-45 years
At least 6-year experience, successful previous experience as a sales manager in FMCG/On- Premise trade, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
