Job Description

  • To maintain and update daily/ weekly/ monthly customer database from Team Leader/Sales Consultants
  • To report complete daily customer database to the Sales Manager & weekly, monthly to Management
  • To prepare the Sales Consultant duty roster
  • To check/ update inventory stock list, allocation, and price
  • To fill complete documents in a folder or sales file
  • To communicate with Management, Sales Manager, Sales Consultant & Finance/ Bank
  • To participate in team decisions
  • To participate in trade shows, exhibitions, networking with local associations to promote the product
  • ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Follow all company policies and procedures
  • To prepare Sales order, Sales contract, Delivery order & necessary documents for sales process with Sales Consultant
  • To liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries​​​​​​​

Job Requirement

  • To follow up & update the information of Permit, Income tax & Ki Nya Na process which is still working in progress
  • To support the delivery processes such as order flower bouquets and photo slides
  • Can travel if work is demanding
  • Other duties as assigned
