Job Description

  • Preparing all the necessary documentation during in the Sales progress.
  • Preparing the Myanmar Contract and dealing with the homeowner at the Land Grant Transactions and Tax process.
  • Keeping record of all individual sales and ensuring all the sales record files, sales summary file and sales quantity files updated.
  • Tracking all the payments of purchasers and ensure the cash flow is consistent with the respective accounts. 0 Always updating the homeowner Contacts.
  • Filing all the necessary data of each buyer in their respective files and keeping record at their respective folder at the database.
  • Supervising all the data inputs to the server and make sure all the records keep in the proper destination to avoid the duplication.
  • Preparing the current inventory sheet and potential prospect sheet and send to the respective managers and directors.
  • Handling all the incoming calls with professional and courtesy manner and if it is concerned with sales, handed over to the sales team.
  • Organizing the sales events and launched in terms of preparing documentation. Supporting and coordination with sales team.
  • Developing monthly sales reports that show sales trends, target achievements.
