Job Description

  • Manages the sales administration functions for a specific business unit which may include sales forecasting, inventory requirements planning, development and implementation of sales programs and the pricing administration function
  • Manages sales administration activities to ensure a high level of customer service by establishing and implementing reports and metrics
  • Manages the pricing administration function to support sales programs, new product introductions and price changes/increases
  • Coordinates account information for sales programs with internal stakeholders
  • Partners with internal functions to resolve sales administration issues affecting assigned group
  • Participates in production planning and forecasting
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirement

  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient computer skills including familiarity with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to lead a team
  • Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent education and experience

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of seven years of experience in sales or related experience
  • Leadership skills
