Job Description

  • Plan, manage and coordinate for all of the construction projects and furnishing.
  • Understand project specification, develop project timeline and activities
  • Estimating resources, budget and other requirements to complete the project.
  • Acquire necessary permits, approvals, and other regulatory prerequisites
  • Draft and submit budget based on scope of work and resource requirements.
  • Conduct regular sites visit to inspect the construction progress.
  • Monitoring the progress of the performance of contractors and engineers.
  • Supervise each project and operation team to fulfill their respective KPI.
  • Coordinate the entire project between architects, engineers, contractors and subcontractors.
  • Understanding the design specification and make sure the operations are in line with specifications, drawings, safety and standard code.
  • Maintain the relationship with partners and negotiate contracts with external vendors to fulfil the agreements.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or Architecture.
  • Minimum 10 years of project management experience in construction.
  • Having advanced knowledge of construction, engineering, and architecture principles.
  • Strong understanding of Standard Operation Procedure and work procedures which are related to Construction, Procurement, Engineering sectors.
  • Well understanding and familiar with the terms and conditions of contract and subcontract documents.
  • Ability to control the budget, schedule, and negotiating the costs.
  • Good at reporting, strong leadership, management and multi-tasking skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
