Job Description

  • Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and maintain strong relationships

  • Generate regular reports to assess operational efficiency and compliance.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for suppliers and internal teams.

  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and maintain a proactive approach to challenges
  • Monitor market trends to make informed purchasing decisions and maintain inventory control
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for promoting jewelry products
  • Analyze customer trends and feedback to optimize product offerings and services
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and legal requirements
  • Generate and present detailed reports on procurement and sales performance, market analysis, and inventory level
  • Familiarity with CRM for sales and procurement management

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Administration or related field).
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and digital tools.
  • Fluent in English with strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment.
  • Proactive problem-solving ability with excellent organizational skills.
