Job Descriptions

• Enquire and negotiate with suppliers according to product requests of point-of-care devices, pharmaceutical and laboratory supplies, office and utility supplies
• Ensure sourced products meet required specifications
• Ensure smooth and efficient procurement and order fulfillment process
• Monitor demand and items movement and manage inventory levels effectively
• Monitor, analyze and evaluate vendors, suppliers and products
• Report timely on product requests and fulfillment progress, inventory, vendors and product ratings, and cost analysis

• Any graduate preferably with medical knowledge/experience
• 3+ years’ experience in sourcing/procurement of supplies for hospitals, clinics and pharmacies
• Good interpersonal skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to use computer systems, software and applications
