Job Description

  • Manage in personal affairs of foreigner (arranging their temporary/ permanent residence, transportation, meals arrangement, other their personal requirements and etc)
  • Manage in personal affairs of employees within supervising staffs engaged in recruiting , recording their AT, OT, other their personal requirements and etc)
  • Manage the staffs in working process related with production units in recording operational data of daily, weekly and monthly and other general requirements of all departments in feed mill
  • Manage and control of factory cleaning , gardening , bio security , fire prevention , transportation for employee, purchasing all requirements for non production and production and etc.
  • Deal with local and relevant government authorities related to company legal affairs
  • Plan and carry out community support programs
  • Coordinate and negotiate with external contractors for some project

Job Requirement

  • Must be a bachelor degree holder from university
  • Must have at least 5 year experience in related field with knowledge of personnel General and legal affairs and labour
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate in written and spoken English
  • Ability to work under pressure , meet deadline and prioritize in multi tasks
  • Ability of computer literacy for communication an information management
  • Must stay in staff quarter compound pf factory
